Capture the Flag Lush Raining Client Side Custom Textures Custom Shapes

My rendition of Stonehenge from Tribes 1.

This map is not meant to be an exact duplicate of the original, your old ski routes from T1 probably wont work, but you can find many new ones. The flags are close together so it provides some fast and furious action.

This map is scripted so that you cannot change turret barrels on base turrets, and the sentry turrets do a little bit less damage than usual. This was done to recreate the same kind of gameplay that was found in Tribes 1. An unscripted version is also available in the vl2 file.

Thanks to Sparky for the map scripting!

lol I get it, the maps don't need the most raitings just the best, hmm tell me if I'm right, but anyways this map is also very neto, the best maps of tribes 1 into tribes 2, but I've never played Tribes 1 so I don't know how to compare. Atleast these have the custom bases of tribes 1 and not just some terrain and tribes 2 buildings slaped together called a tribes 1 remake map, I think they know who they are.

Another great Classic. This was and is a map that can make use of large teams and for T2 I would have both spread out the bases a little further and made the "Stonehenge" thing higher, so it is harder to get to the top of. Again, Great job on the interiors..
One thing -a tribes problem, not yours- The Elf turrets like to lock on to their own Sensor when cappers come close to the flag tower.

Well he starts out with years of Worldcrafting experience, mixes in a pinch of wild and raging Tribes obsession + wayyyyyy too much freetime. Do the math and you get maps like this. ;)

This was not exactly my favorite map in T1 but this is a great copy of it. I have two words Raindance, Scarabrae
Please!

This map brings me back to the days of tribes 1. It has the gameplay of T1 with the graphics of T2, a powerfull combination. It seems you remember Tribes 1 like the back of your hand. This definatly deserves to be in the top ten. Keep it comming with the great maps.

Although this map is great and a perfect reproduction is not expected there are flaws which take the grade down. The most glaring of these is the fact that the Turret Towers are on the same side of the center Monolith compared to T1 where they were on opposite sides of the Monolith. IE: Both were to the left of your base when looking to the other teams side. That aside it is a great map and good to see it in T2.

if u make a scripted map(non changeable turrets) then you should be able to some how take out the missle launcher weapon from heavies and mediums for a real t1 experience. But anyway i think i am a couple years or a year and a half late to share my 1 cents...but anyway great map i played on it many O times:)
