Siege Lush Raining Night

I decided to release this map although it has been haltered by scripting problems...if i get the problems fixed or if this one flops (which it prolly will, no one likes siege) ill release the scripted version.
Obviously this is a 'normal' siege map without the scripting..the scripting WOULD have made the turret system generator destroyed at the beginning of the match. i couldnt get it to maintain that after halftime.
The defenders have three obj to defend: The forcefield generator, the turret system generator, and of course the main base gens. the ff gens give access to the main gens, and the main gens give access to the switch. the turret system is a must to take out first for the attackers. if not, then your already dead. the attackers base is a huge floating base above the defenders. fog prevents any successful mortar spamming, BUT attackers have three v-pads each with its own type of vehicle. quite straight forward really. team play is a must to defend effectively and so is the damned turret system! there are ff's that go to the stratosphere to let attackers know that the system is up. other than that, Enjoy!

Don't worry too much buddy, not everyone hates Seige. I don't mind it so long as someone doesn't cap the @\%@#$ switch 10 seconds after the match starts... I definately see what you are talking about when you say that the attackers MUST take down the turret gen before attacking... LOTS of turrets to make them go *BOOM*. And don't think that you're the only one coming out with Seige ideas, I've been working on some of my first maps, and a couple include Seige, CTF, DM, and even an Arena one or two...

Well your wrong about siege and no one that likes it. Actully allot of people who don't play siege don't like it but after playing a while you realize how complex and amazingly elaborate it is. Also how it encorperates Team work more then any other gamplay type out there. As far as the map goes I think its a very interesting idea, the effect of the envirionment is awsome. Though as for gamplay goes, a multi turret Idea and lots of gens is not a good thing. Though I still give you credit for a job well done in terms of over all map quality. Oh and your generator down idea.... I'll e-mail you the script.
