Capture the Flag Lush Foggy Bots Client Side Custom Textures Custom Shapes Night

Well after two weeks of making this...it's finally done! This is our first map with World Craft
and also using new sky textures...and of course some more new environmental sounds for your enjoyment. We were going for that butt crack of dawn kind of feeling...you know when ya wake up and rub that crusty goo off your eyes, you know what I'm saying...anyway the land is separated by a large flowing river. Two bases at each end and with full vehicle support. The new features are turret outpost towers, designed to defend the turrets and provide cover from enemies...least for awhile. Once again full bot support, and like always they are "MEAN" We don't want to get to lippy so all we can say is, "hope you like it and have fun!!" Watch out for the eerie waters.

As far as creativeness and the general idea of the map I think you did a good job. The atmosphere was well done for the most part, with the use of the lighting and the sky and the land itself but can't say that for the sounds chosen. Chirping birds and then also howling wolves? Interesting. The biggest downer in my opinion is the general proffessionalism and lack of attention to detail in certain regards. Main lack of detail I noticed right off was how badly the water was placed. If you had raised or lowered it a certain amount it woulda fixed that. placement of buildings seemed pretty random to me. Like you were just ploping a bunch of stuff down and then copiing it over to the other side. In my mind there should be a good reason for every building or structure being where it is. Other then this, not bad.

Vimp, good criticism,your comments are well understood.I guess we got a little carried away with sounds.but we learn from our mistakes.what do you think of the Turrent outpost bases?

Well I think the map is great and realy plays well. I had no problem with the sounds. Not uncommen to hear birds and wolves in the same sceen.
I camp out alot. I just dont see any major things wrong with this map! Good job. Oh yeah....base turret thing is cool!

holy..... that is one massive map size (in bits)... but it seems to be worth the time to download as it definately has that "crack of dawn" like look to it. like the sky too, and screenshot 3 definately shows it off as well as some of the enviroment. BUT... on a more sad note, if Juggies decide to go solo to the enemy base, they will probably want to go around the water as H2O isn't always juggy friendly... they can trek through the water if they want, but HO guys might want to keep their jets dry.

I think this is a slow time for tribes2 maps...(shove it up your a$$ WillNill) there are a lot of new games out there..and we'll find out if tribes2 can with stand the test of time.

Ahem...well next time pay more ATTENTION to the map your commenting on and maybe you won't BE to CONFUSED
on which map is which. I play one map at a time then grade...not 3,4 more at the same time and hop on blinded and start commenting. Opps! Wrong map meant another sorry...blah,blah,blah.
FOOL!..................by the way.... just kidding.
