Capture the Flag Snow Foggy Client Side Custom Shapes

After many hours of trying to get the .spn graph to work, I finaly got some help.

Anyways this is a map were both teams have 1 sub. they both have a vehicle station inside them and 2 inventorys and 2 gens and one turret that is customizabble.

There is a switch in the deep sea research facility that gives you control of 3 invo's

Ahhhhhhh, fixed the problem! REVIEW TIME!
*ack!* darn cold...
This map simply brings a tear to my eye, i love underwater combat (well, except for when i'm on defense in the Syrinx mod... no laser turrets! :s ) The open base turret in front of the flag is a nice addition for choice (seeing as so many people try an ELF turret barrel when it WON'T DO ANYTHING TO THE WOULD BE CAPPER! UNDERWATER YOUR ENERGY REPLENTISHES WAY TOO FAST FOR IT TO BE EFFECTIVE! and that goes for plasma and missile launcher barrels as well!) The FPS level is pretty nice, even with a dying vid card i was picking up around 15-20. The only real complaints i have is the VERY barren ocean floor and the subs themselves. the ocean floor has some eyecandy, but it doesn't feel like an underwater seascape, maybe more plants and some WC fish and/or whales? (heck, maybe a shark!) The subs... They are so gosh darned neat but are also somewhat barren... Their simplicity is a welcome feature as no one should have a problem finding this, or repairing that... But some more detail would be appreciated. If it's your first WC adventure, simply take this as constructive critisizm! Heck, i can't do anything in WC because i can't put textures on the shapes i build! So any of mine would look much worse than anyone elses does. One little easter egg i noted: after you enter the center objective (juuuust after you pass the threshold of the door) the water graphics disappear. You still move as if in water, but with no H2O around you visibly. The center objective is also sorta spooky as the seats that are behind the control pannels found around the area are massive, giving you the idea that some big SOB bioderms used to inhabit the lab... I liked the dead human armors that were found every so often in the hallways as well! (darn bioderms... First our lands, now our oceans!!!!)

buahahahahahahaha!!! Here we (the T2 community) were asking Dynamix for some type of a sub vehicle as an add-on for T2, and here you give us the next best thing! Now if only i could test this map... (*cough*kikin*cough*)

Though I havent had I chance to test it, I can say that the sub looks great... simple, but great work on the interiors! I cant get anything to work in WC...

Ooops, you forgot to do something a teeeeny bit important on the vbays. Both vbays are underwater, so, uhhhh, a jericho? heh, you forgot to make the jericho unselectable. i wanted to have fun so i got one and it didn't even appear. :p

First, GREAT MAP! Love everyhting about it! And agree with all other comments. I have the same problem with the track map me and T.Ma5ter made. Where when your looking at the WC shapes the water would disapear but incase anyone does not know about it I'm not telling where..lol. But I love the work you put into this! Keep it up!

I have fallen into my darker side.

Well I could have made the sub a bit bigger and added stairs N stuff in them sted of a open space but i can figure out how to make the WC graph any bigger so thats y I just made it a big open room.

Also i have tryed to get it so you can only buy shrike and bomber but they just came back when I reloaded the map. I'm thinking that I had to do something with the .Mis file.

Also lol the middle base is not a WC shape it one that came with the game thats probably y you can't see the water because they put invisible force fields so that ships can't fly in or water wont be to effective.

I hate to say this, but come back when you've gotten the hang of WC/Hammer plz. your interiors need help...badly. And Having a waypoint on the center objective would of helped too. Practice at worldcraft/hammer some and eventually you'll get the hang of it. I'm bumping you up from a D- to a C for that inventive center objective room /w the switch.

Yes... but those were a few minor flaws there uranium! I cant believe you gave him such a low mark because of a few mistakes. Yes, the objective should be waypointed, and the interiors need to be a bit more complicated, but you dont need to smash poor fett with a hammer (no pun intended) for a few tiny mistakes!

Uranium, you should be a little more considerate when you appoint a low grade to a person, especially one that is new to mapping. Obviously, you can't understand what it's like your first time out. I'd suggest being a little nicer on these poor newbies to mapping, and getting better grades in English class. It's "would HAVE", not "would OF".
