Brimstone2 is basically the original map of the week version of Brimstone, but I added in things that people had mentioned.

First of all, the central tower now has a team-only forcefield powered by its generators, which switches teams just like the rest of the tower, as well as a new waypoint, just for aesthetic appeal. I also added in a few more platforms (about four total) so as to both help those without energy packs, and as a way to get across without having to land on the tower. (Should help shake things up a bit!) The turrets on the tower are now higher up, so as to deal with higher-flying shrikes or havocs. That's the tradeoff you get for having a new forcefield. :) Also, I moved the solar generators on each base to a position that I feel is much easier for both the offense and defense. The previous spot was waay too easy for the turrets to hit in my opinion.. Aside from that.. not much else is new. I fixed some purely asthetic things, like a few inventory stations that were a bit higher than the floor they were on and such, and I added in a platform to make the belly entrance of each base easier to access, nothing really major.

My reason for calling this Brimstone2 is simply so that there's no confusion between the two versions. I'm not going to replace the old version, as it's currently standing at about 190 downloads, but I will release this as an option for everyone. I encourage those who have downloaded Brimstone to try this version as well, and see which you prefer. Basically the difference is that this version makes the central tower slightly more useful instead of it being a huge melee. Aside from that it's basically stuff I had ideas about changing. Brimstone was my very first Tribes 2 map, gimme a break. :)
