Bombing Run by Mccannon04 on June 19, 2001

Siege Lush Storming Bots

This is my first completed siege map. The defense has 2 rows of 8 generators, which are exposed out in the open, the perfect victim for a great bombing run. The defense has 2 plasma turrets and 2 missle turrets surrounding the generators, and there are plenty of repair packs around. To access the main base, the attackers must destroy these generators and power down the side enterance forcefields. Just a warning, only 2 of the 16 outside generators have waypoints on them to prevent clutter. Once inside the main base, there are 2 more generators to destroy that power the forcefields around the control point. The Attackers have a base with two vehicle stations and are able to build more vehicles than on a normal map. This map was made off of reversion, and the base placement is pretty much the same. The defenders do not have a vehicle station though to keep it even. I hope you enjoy this map, I learned alot from making it and will hopefully have more to come! - Mccannon04

i forgot to mention that the control point is located near the top of the base and that the bot support does not work very well, as it is the original reversion bot support

This map didn't give the impression of a siege map, more like a beta ctf map. The generators are easily destroyed, which was mentioned. There is nothing wrong with that. However, this amount ensures that most of the action will take place indoors and make victories quick. Siege maps aren't any fun when they are won quickly. Also, 2 of the 3 turrets on the attacking side have no barrels, just thought you should know =)

Just doesn't work for a siege map... The multi gen thing is crazy and isn't really a good, solid objective.
I'm an avid siege player, sorry if I'm harsh grading siege maps :|

I think its a good map but i dont relly like the idea of the gens like that. it just doesnt seem to work well with siege.

looks like a good idea but....
u shouldn't have left the bases like the same, it's a long distance for a seige map, also the gens are ok, i think, but one player needs to only stand inside and keep repairing just one of the end gens. I haven't played the map but that's just my 2 cents
