I can't give it a grade because I have not played it yet, but I'm about to download it, and when I have fully played it, I will write a review for it :)

Ok, I have finally gotten the time to download the map, play it, and review it! Anyways, based on the map, I have written a review (or so I call it).
Banshee is a map that requires some good defensive communication, but not so much offense communication. The flag (as you can see in SS3) is in the open with no inventory stations in site. With mortar spam on the tower, it would be a pain to continuasly bring a deployable inv. to the base. Therefore, I have concluded that this map requires some good defensive effort as well as communication!
Offense, on the other hand, can be a breeze if you know what you are doing. Good capping routes can be hastily found if needed, and sometimes cap routes arn't even needed since the bases are so close together. Some good pointers I would give the cappers for this map would be to find a good cap route and stay with it! There are so many magical-mushrooms (lumps in the ground that prevent skiing) that some areas that look perfect for skiing can turn out to be a living hell. Offensive communication is not heavily enforced in this map, though it could bbe useful. This map, I believe, is based on defense. One more downside I have found about offense it the location of the flag. Since the bridge is going from left to right of the pond intead of front to back, when a capper comming from the enemies base comes roaming over the front hill with the sensor on it, and runs out of energy, then the capper will sink all the way to the bottom of that pond/lake (whatever it is!). And in my opinion, that lake is deep!
Overall, I would give this map an A- because it is focused more for the defensive skills than the offensive skills. Though the map is well balanced terrain-wise, position-wise, it is a little unbalanced.
Good job on the map Techlogic! And for you cappers out there, I give you this hint on the map: "Watch out for that tree!"
