Both teams share one large underground base. The only thing seperating each team's assets from the others is a thin force field system controlled by a generator inside the flag tower which is, of course, above ground.
The forcefields are set up so that, for example;
Team A destroys Team B's forcefield then Team A can roam freely from their underground base to Team B's underground base but Team B cannot as they will be blocked by Team A's force field.
The flag stands are actually quite close together and since this would probably make the map too fast and render some armour types unnessecary i've tried to make it a little harder to get away with the flag by putting it in a difficult grab position (see screenshot 3). Sorry about the screenshots being so dark too. I was in a rush while submitting this map :x
