Run Away is my first map, and in it, I hoped to create less of the closed, confined atmospheres found so often. The map is, in essence, a wide open dueling ground, basically.

Flags are 1,500 meters apart, but they are in very easily accessible places.. provided you have a bit of help. The rooftop turrets guarding the main base usually serve to strike down cappers, either going in or coming out of their run.

There are outposts to re-arm warriors, in addition to a well-fortified basement to the main base.

The vehicle pad will play a large part of any team's game; 5 assult tanks and 6 grav cycles provide players with transportation, while assuring that there will always be a tank somewhere, trying to gun someone down. There are, however, only 2 shrikes available. Run Away is, after all, a ground-based mission.

Bot support was nearly implimented, except for the fact that none of the path would go into the basement, so that idea had to be scrapped.

Terrain looks a bit flat... makes for harder skiing (but it is still very possible). This terrain is great for the tanks, because beowulf's have a nasty habit of hurting themselves on bumpy terrains =P. Looks great!

Dear god, that is not capper terrain... Definately goes to show you that the map is aptly named...
