After playing Trident, I kept on telling myself how cool this map would be if it was CTF. The sky texture is ill as hell, and the whole sha-bang would kick as a CTF map. So I set down to do it.

Each side consists of a main base, a tower, a sensor stand, and a vehicle pad. Contained in the towers are the generators that supply power to the force fields that cover the flags. You can still nab the flag by entering through the front entrance of the enemies base, but if you want to be able to grab it from the top, (the easiest way by far), your gonna have to take out the gen sitting in the enemies tower.

In the middle of the map is a capturable bunker, containing two inventories, and four turrets, two being AA and two being missile turrets. There is also a logo projector beside the bunker to let people know from a distance which team currently holds the bunker. The map is server-side, but you will need the Dynamix Final Map Pack or at least the Trident map from that pack, as Everclear uses the terrain and sky from Trident. As always, please leave comments or e-mail/T-Mail me on how you like the map, suggestions, fixes, flames, you know the drill. Enjoy!

I haven't actually tried running the map, but inspecting the MIS file through the interface here on the site, I can see that these guys are correct. The Terrain datablock needs to be set to Trident.ter or whatever terrain you based it on. You have it pointing to Everclear.ter, which does not exist for people with a Base game and the Dynamix final map pack installed. Secondly, the VL2 archive is larger than it needs to be since you have two copies of the loading graphic encoded. Hope that helps.

Ok. First off, to the bro who said something about the .ter file, if you examine the .v12, there is no .ter file, as this is a server side map. You MUST have the Dynamix Final Map Pack, or ATLEAST Trident from that pack for Everclear to work. I removed everything that had to deal with Everclear from my computer, and then downloaded it from Tribes2Maps.com, and when I went to go play it, it ran fine for me. Nothing wrong with terrain or anything. But e-mail me with your exact problems, but first check if you have Trident or the Dynamix Final Map Pack .v12 in your gamedata\base folder. If you don't, Everclear will not work. -Zero

1. Although it is indicated that there is bot support, the bots were not there in my map. 2. And the moment I touched the other side's flag, my side was declared the winner !! How do I fix this phenomenon? 3. Although I had Dynamix Final Map Pack, the terrain in Everclear was non-existent ie the whole environment was one huge bottomless ocean and if I let myself fall endlessly, ...... How do I go about activating Dynamix Final Map Pack so that that terrain 'moves' over to this map (Everclear).
