Melting Point is a Team-Based map, due to the huge absence of useable land. Each team has a flag on a small island, which is guarded by an AA Turret and a sensor. The Flags are just outside the range of the sensor, to encourage flag defense.

Each of the main bases has a vehicle station, and a main base. To slow Heavys entering the base, a Force field has been placed over the main entry to the base, which is controlled by a single Solar Panel and patrolled by a sentry turret. The Flag islands are placed just far enough away so that you must disc-jump in a light to get there. But becareful and hope that the enemy has a poor Defense or carry a Repair Kit, to get back in one piece.
