Map by TheSilencer. This is a pretty basic map but has very good game play even with just bots. Each teams base is in a unique location compared to the other team's which gives each side its own pros and cons and allows for some forthought on your tactics based on which team your on.

What sorta names would you be expecting for the equipment? As it is everything has the default names which is very practical considering its a small base so its not like anyone would be confused with which "Medium Sensor" there looking in the commandscreen at seeing as there is only one per team. How exactly are the teams uneven when you say uneven? I played the map with 10 players including myself and it coulda easily used more to make the game more intense.

Ah yes, very simple and fast map. However, it would be nice to name your stations, turrets, and sensors incase someone actually looks at them. Overall, it looks best suited to a smaller pub, since the bases are a little too small and uneven (not too uneven in terms of gameplay tho, but I can picture a newbie sitting in his base bitching about the hills on one end and HILL on the other). Oh well, nice map regardless, and very nice environmentals such as rocks, shrubs, and the gravel/wind effects in the background. And PS, I was refering to the ENEMY two-gens tower in the previous post. (Go me, lol)

I couldn't agree more Dev, yet there are a few maps out there where one team is given a distinct advantage over the other. One of the best examples is Quagmire, as the Storm team is given the advantage of a neutral tilted building near the 2 gens room. I know this doesn't sound like much, but a constant trend (which I btw started :) is to place an inv and all four spider turrets there and then pummel the 2 gens tower with a constant string of satchels. Aaaaaaaaaaanyway, I'll download this right now before I get too in depth with strategy. :)

This comment is not about this map, but about the general idea. I made several maps for Tribes with this ide and some people loved it and others hated it. Most people thought one base or the other had an unfair advantage (however which base it was varied from person to person). The average player does not want to have to think, just keep that in mind.

ah very creative i like where this fellow is going with his ideas, why not make mapps where not each base is the same yet however the bases have pro's and cons it adds to the zest of life of the unknown
