Map Details for Red Arch Pass

For the past year, we have been stationed on the dusty hide of Tu'an Dol, a recently established mining planet.

It is dry and dead. Time streches on like a fever here. Red Arch Pass looms forebodingly nearby, and the remnants of a war 3 years past still linger on the sandy stone.

Everyone seems a little uneasy, i think its the air here. The medic said the atmosphere is safe to breathe, but i tried it a few months back and it gave me a sore throat something fierce just after a few hours of exposure.

We have been sending scouts toward the great Arch of stone, and just last month we started sending them further. The newest report states that the enemy has already moved into the immediate area. They have gained control over a nearby water source and we believe they are preparing for a large ground assault.

We have requested reinforcements as soon as possible but none of us have any delusions of them getting here in time. We have resolved to engage the enemy before it is too late.

Mustering up all of our resources, we have a mobile point base, a couple of tanks, and plenty of grav bikes and light aircraft. I hope it is enough.

We must be strong and persevere, Red Arch Pass shall be ours!

I like this map it is easy to get to the enemy base luanch a mortor on the vpad and kill a bunch of guys. But the bases are different which leaves one team at an advantage

This map is not too good. The spawngraph didn't work, and the water had no texture. Barring those glitches that stop the map from working correctly, there are major problems in balance. One of the bases is too close to the mission area edge on one side, so the capper has less places to run to on one team. Also, the 800m of open terrain between the bases is difficult to ski on, forcing vehicle usage in a map that has a single Repair Pack near the center of the map that is closer to one team's base than the other (by about 200 meters too). All in all, this map is currently worth a B- and would be A- material if the balance were correct and the glitches were fixed.

It's great. It plays really well with Rev mod and allows for all sorts of play styles. Nice work !!

Wow. That was somewhere between laughable and gay. Anyways, let's not blow this out of proportion and give this loser the attention he never gets in real life... anyways, as for the map, it's great. I would probably have given it a B or B , but this will probably help average out the score a bit.
