A large foggy forest areas with two nearly symetrical base and a capturable abandonned Power house (including Sensor array and Turrets). Vehicle Station is present (though I would advise against driving a wild cat at full speed;)

Forget the C I'm giving. I'm the Map author. Nah ... I did erroneously. This map is outdated anyway, as I released Forest2 which solves a lot of problems the original had.

I agree with the comments above so i'll not retouch on those... First thing that hits you about this map is the atmosphere, very nicely done but like a lot of things on this map it is begging to be pushed a bit further. The forest visuals are good, but with the addition of a little swamp water here and there and some good creepy bug or bird sounds this map could really be the "degobah" that is wants to be. There are also quite a few objects, trees, rocks etc, that were floating or had clipping problems, this really has a way of blowing your suspension of disbelief. I really want to see a second version of this map, i think it could really be a great classic if it had some atmospheric enhancements and a little more attention to detail and gun placements. Keep it up this map is very close to an A, very impressive for a first time mapper.

I LOVE IT! Great FPS. Cool bases. Vehicle flying is.. A TRIP!!! I landed in a tree, way up high. Shrike dodging IS possible among the trees. Anyways, there are some serious symmetry issues with the turret system. I'd consider adding several tall buildings somewhere, add some new dynamics somehow. It's still a great map as is.

The objective has turrets in weird places. The fog forces you to use the command view once in awhile and makes chasing difficult. The main goal would be to defend the flag to it is never taken because if it is, and the person is fast, you will lose them quickly.

Now THIS is an awesome map. You're out in this creep, dark, green-fogged forest (nice touch), and there's an assortment of lush foliage everywhere you look. Fortunately, this doesn't even create any sacrifice to FPS on my little TNT2, which I appluad. The occasional broken wall sitting in the middle of the field also benefits the aesthetics of this map, and the objective in the middle is very appropriate (I just LOVE fallen over bases for some reason). There were a few problems though, which kept this from getting an A or A . First, there are some turrets for the objective which are too close to the teams' bases. Move those back and I'd be happy. The other problem is that you've put waypoint name tags (at the inferno and storm flags) that need'nt be there. The game will automatically label the flag as a waypoint, so it really isn't neccesary. It doesn't really effect gameplay in any way, other than maybe causing some confusion about whether the flag is in its base or not. Speaking of the bases, they're layed out very well, without being extravagant. The fog offers a nice tactical advantage - you can sneak around in vehicles and jump up behind the enemies. Only thing is, make sure you're good at dodging tons of obstacles in foggy, dark conditions. Heh heh. Good work on this one! I recommend it to everyone.
