Huge map with rivers, oceans and lakes. Bases are sitting on islands and an AA defense network spans accrost the center of the map that is capturable. |

Grade: B+ » Submitted by TseTse on 05/05/01Love the switch/AA network, but it is NOT symmetrical. The simple fort-style base (with raised flag pedestal) is nice. Overall, there are serious symmetry issues. Water dynamics offer a great deal... :-) Grade: B+ » Submitted by Mathias on 05/04/01This is a great map that just needs a few small changes to be spectatular. The captureable objective is almost 200 meters closer to one base then the other. You really don't need to put the arrow pointers on the AA turret towers. It floods my view with tons of arrows i don't need to see. The bases are set up real nice with an easy to find repair pack. In some places the map is pretty dark. There should be som inv. stations in the gen room. (The gens are gigantic) Finally, there should be one of those giant holographic team insignias when you capture the AA turrets. The long bridges prevent anyone from deploying an MPB anywhere near your base, which is good. Over all this is a pretty cool map. I look forward to seeing some tweaking done, so it'll be awesome. Grade: A- » Submitted by EEPROM on 05/04/01This really isn't a grade since I'm the author. However, I just wanted to add that the bridge section leading to the bases is not the main rout for attack. Infact, there is much more here then the eye can see. Mu suggestion when playing this map is, think like a frog. Grade: B+ » Submitted by Zaccix on 05/01/01A decent map, and the capturable AA network is a nice touch. I'd question the long bridges leading to each base, though. Unless a good coordinated vehicle attack is used, it'd be easy to simply spam that area and prevent anyone from coming close to the base. If your team can get round that little obstacle, it's a fun map to play. |

Symmetry issues? Yes. But it doesnt really hinder either team one bit! The game i played in on this map, each team had the same number of players and the team with the so-called "disadvantage" DOMINATED the round. I loved this map and i wish there were more like it. :)
