Teams battle it out on two small island bases. There is a large volcano in the middle, and deep water all over the map. Both teams have vehicle pads.

Ummm.. Whoever the author of this map was I think he was a master at terrain edditing. But I think he was a little on the slow side on the World Editor (No offence) I like the Volcano and the Islands. They are masterpeices! But the Bases are donne without care. Release somehthing like Island Wars and change the bases and put a few more slopes trees and turrets. oxxx}:::::::::: Sicerely FlameSword

This map seems a bit rushed to me. It's as if all the time was getting the foliage and textures place JUST right, and then the bases were completely ignored. The map has a lot of potential, but it suffers from a few problems 1) where's the sensor for inferno? 2) why didn't the inferno turret shoot at me when I walked right up to it? 3) the volcano, despite being incredibly cool, doesn't serve much of a purpose...woulda been nice if you had put an objective or something up there 4) the water is way too foggy...I could understand low fog from a tactical standpoint - you don't want an enemy shrike or carrier to sneak up on you underwater - but if you fall in the water you're pretty much disoriented. Either remove fog a bit, or put some more island here and there so people can get between the three main islands. 4) the bases are flooded with terrain! This mighta been a part of design, but y ou should really cut a hole there for the base so you can have a bit more "indoor time" so to speak... Yeah, that's about it...That was a lot of negative, but I wanna point out that all the texture placing has been done VERY well, and the volcano is awesome (also, the tropical-island like feel is perfectly done on the base islands, foliage and all).

(grade C to remain neutral) DOH! I placed that sensor like 5 times, this was my first map so i crashed a million times testing out the editor's limits. And im notorious for not "proof" checking maps enough. "I'm just so glad its done..." As for the fog, well i never found out how to make it thinner. Thanks for the feedback.

The volcano is very well done. though the bases are very sparse. Add an underground element or something, otherwise its just too small. The water is so foggy that large scale underwater battles would be difficult, as well as trying to fly any turbograv as a submarine. I hate being the first to notice this, but Inferno dosen't have a base sensor. I think its inferno. Also could use some bot support. Its a decent map but it still needs work.

Great map, sept if you fall in the water, but i could see some really neat battles going on here. Good Job!
